Our friend Bitty who was in ‘Default’ put out a demo for ‘The Deliquents’. One day while we were up there hanging out with them he played the tape for us. We thought it was really good angry hardcore. So with that we decided to do a 7″

To make matters even more nteresting we sent them over to ‘Smart Studios’ in Madison, WI (Butch Vig’s studio) to record. The engineer ‘Mike Zirkel’ who recorded all the bands we sent there was a bit surprised. After setting up everything it took these guys 2 hours to record this. Something Mike was not acustomed to at all. He played it for us and it sounded great and we told him. Sometimes thats just the way it works with punk. It goes quick , but turns out good. With that a short time latter this record came out.

We were very happy with it and when MRR reviewed it they compared the vocalist ‘Randy’ to ‘Dan Kubinski’ the vocalist of a legendary Milwaukee hardcore band called ‘Die Kreuzen’. So it had that old/ new Wisconsin tie in
