R.I.P. Beautiful Bert

We have some bad news. Last Sunday our friend Brian Phillips known by most as ‘Beautiful Bert’ passed away. Bert was a talented guy that had been playing in punk bands since the 70’s. He was larger then life and always put on a great show. Bert was quite the legend in Kenosha, WI, and all over the world. He always put on a great show and the nicest person you’d ever meet. We had the pleasure of putting out a 7″ and a full length LP for his band ‘Beautiful Bert and the Lucious Ones’ back in the early years of our label.
