“I want a catalog and some stickers”
Send us $5 Well send you a catalog some stickers and a copy of our ‘Counter Attack’ comp.
“Whats your mailing address?”
Just look over to your right and there it is.It’s also on the contact page.
“My band wants to send you our demo”
Obviously were always on the look out for a band that is so incredible there is no way we can turn them down , but honestly right now our plate is full. So unless your that incredible dont send your demo.
“We want you to put out a reissue for our band like the ones you do for bands like DRI.”
That sounds good were always on the lookout to do that ( it’s kinda our specialty ). Just use our contact page to get in touch with us and tell us who you are and what you want us to reissue and we can take it from there. Please only email us if you were a band that was somewhat known. If your not sure just look at the reissues we have put out and ask yourself if your band was as well known as some of those other bands.
“When is so and so band on Beer City coming to my town?”
Whenever one of the bands on our label is on tour it will be posted on our ‘Tour Dates’ section.
“I want to work for Beer City Records, any job openings?”
Sorry at this time there are no job openings or interships available.
“Will you do an ad in my mag or zine?”
Maybe but we only do ads in zines that have been around for awhile and consistantly come out wth new issues. If thats you send us a copy of your mag or zine along with ad rates and contact info and someone will get back to you. Dont bother sending us an email we wont reply. We want to see your mag or zine.
“I have a web mag or zine. Will you do a banner ad or send stuff for review?”
Possibly but unless its been around for awhile and has a good track record and lots of viewers we wont. If you meet that criteria just hit us up using the contact page. Well check it out and get back to you.
“I’m looking for a particular record you guys did , but has been out of print for sometime.”
Most of our back catalog is long out of print and we dont really have any copies left. You can email and ask and if we do have a copy we will gladly sell it to you. Otherwise its best to search your local record store or do a search on the internet. Alot of sites still have some of our back catalog for sale.
“Can I get an autograph or autographed cd or record by the band?.”
Non of the bands on our label live in the same state never mind city as were located. So if you want an autograph the best thing to do is write the bands directly. Most of them have my space pages. If they are playing your town its pretty much guaranteed you can get an autograph if you come to the show.
“I have a recording studio, do mixing , do mastering or have another service I can offer you. Want to work with me?”
For the most part we are very particular about who we work with. However if you want to send us info on what you do feel free to. Its also necessary to send a list of some of the people you have worked with. Well then keep your info on file and who knows you may one day hear from us.
“I’m an artist and I want to do art for Beer City. What do I do?”
Send us an email with your information and other people you worked for. Also make sure to send us a link to examples of your work.
“My band wants to play a show with a band on your label what should we do.”
We dont book any shows for our bands. You need to go to the bands website or myspace and find out if they book their own shows or have a booking agent and then contact the right person.
